Gibson Presents Litter Management Best Practices at 2016 British Columbia Poultry Symposium

BCPS BC Poultry Symposium LogoJones-Hamilton Business Development Manager, Blake Gibson, was a featured presenter at the 2016 British Columbia Poultry Symposium (BCPS) held May 26 at the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre in Abbotsford, British Columbia.  Gibson, who has spoken about litter management to hundreds of groups over the last 20 years, presented Basics to a Strong Litter Foundation, during which he focused on best management practices for house cleanout, litter management, and the role environment plays in poultry production.

This second annual event was attended by more than 180 producers, allied trades, veterinarians, poultry scientists, and all other industry professionals—a 50 percent increase from last year’s attendance. With a focus on Discovery, Innovation, Solutions, the various speakers covered  a large range of the most important issues facing the poultry industry today.
